The Council of Churches in Zambia is taking part at the ongoing Africa Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance Validation Workshop in Ethiopia.
The workshop has been organized by All Africa Council of Churches and has attracted over 50 delegates from across Africa.
CCZ General Secretary who is part of the workshop is glad to note that the platform creates a unique opportunity not only to learn but share divergent views that border on Elections and good governance.
“This is a great opportunity for us to share notes on the different governance issues in our countries. The people participating at this workshop hold a wide range of knowledge and experiences, and so the interactions will help us respond accordingly to the challenges in our respective areas of operation,” – Fr. Chikoya
